NLRB final decision ...

NLRB recently ruled on the Santa Barbara News-Press, finding in favor of all eight fired journalists and the Assistant City Editor (me). Now the paper plans a final appeal, which can take a year or so. Will advise as developments occur.

It's amazing that even the case decided by William L. Schmidt in March 2007, as well as the one by William Kocol in December 2007, are still PENDING final decisions!

What's up with the NLRB members? Are they aware that justice delayed is justice denied?
